Jared Starling serves as Senior Director of Engineering and Technology, leading Sensience’s Engineering and Technology organization. He is responsible for driving global engineering strategy, advancing innovation and technology development, and partnering across the business to deliver solutions that support customer needs and long-term growth. With more than 28 years of experience in the industry, Jared brings deep expertise in product development, engineering leadership, and technology innovation. He plays a key role in strengthening Sensience’s technical capabilities and advancing the company’s portfolio across global markets. Jared earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University.
