Eric leads our global Human Resources function with a focus on talent management and building company culture. Eric has over 18 years of global progressive HR experience in the industrial space with a focus on organizational transformations and change management. Eric started his career in Human Resources with Tyco International and held roles of increasing responsibility in both the USA and Switzerland with Pentair and Emerson before joining Sensience. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College in Organizational Communications, Learning and Design and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
